for starters the ability reads it decreases the mobs health but does so by just increase % dmg to the mob?
While not an inherently bad debuff the damage of the ability is complete garbage. As a class defining ability this CA is in the bottom 10 of the parse parsing down where rage/expident strike etc are at roughly 0.05% of the parse.
My request is an increase in this ability by 20x to bring it inline and just under some other CA abilities so it can be useful for more than just a % dmg increase debuff. These are small changes to help bring some DPS life into the brig, as they need some love for people to justify their existence in a raid. With the current META you gain more by swapping your brig out for a real t1 dps or even a swashy due to low utility and DPS on the brig.
. ( so for example if it did 15b it would jump to 200b on parse
