Testing the Ward - Graveyard (Broken)

Currently the quest Testing the Ward in the graveyard does not work. This actually rewards a pretty decent item for evil side characters and I would consider it slightly more important than the average quest in this level range because of said reward.

Upon taking the relic to the tower, no circle of flame spawns for you to test the relic on. Graveyard /ooc chat is constantly flooded with others stating that this quest does not work as well.

Similar to the Sunken City series quest line, the Graveyard Main quest line is also broken as started by karafa13 where the "ward" is not visible and does not interact with anything.

Step 4 of 8 "Testing the Ward" is bugged preventing any further movement on the quest.

Freeport side has two major blockers for the progress from lvl 6-9 due to both Sunken City and Graveyard main quests broken.
