30 Second cooldown, was supposed to be a longer cooldown but large attack. Damage is way off the mark, too low to even register above 1 percent most fights. I would suggest a 5x change to damage to bring it in line.
Yes slam has no reset mechanic outside of readyup like other spells. Given its very long recast and low dps this could use an increase across the board.
