Scout AA Chained Claws

Chained Claws does Not scale appropriately. we have 1.4M Potency. it gives 3 per increment.


I would like to advocate that this ability be brought up to relevant standards, maybe 4K per increment to tie in with current gear values.

This would be far closer to reality in game for a buff, and would become actually useful again.

After some thinking.

4K per Increment would be quite a good increase, not too high, not too low. But somewhere in the middle. It's a passive buff which triggers off hits.
I would like to think it would benefit and work on actually making the Dragon AA Tree Relevant again.

Would love for this to be moved to the Poll Caith.

Probably won't get a lot of votes due to it effecting an assassin but would definitely love to see it up there.

Sadly, this is the problem with this type of voting system, there is no accountability for the voters who spam downvote other classes other than their own.

It would be nice to see this tree become useful again.
