This should have "Reduces the recovery time of combat arts by 100%" added to its benefits.

Since Melee Multiplier has been all but removed from usefulness I believe this would be a nice addition.

It's not clear why the Assassin is singled out as the only class that gets their recovery speed reduced. I think both Predator's should have this ability and one could argue that the Ranger should have it over the Assassin, given the longer casting time of the Ranger's CAs.

could also add a range extension to CA's as the name would elude to maybe +2m

It does already add 20% to ranged 'weapon range'.
