This AA should have "Reduces the recovery time of combat arts by 100%" added to its benefits. This would be comparable to the Assassin AA - Repeated Stabbing.

It's very much out of balance to have one predator with 0 recovery speed, while the other has 0.5 seconds of recovery time after every single CA, even those with a 0.25 (or less) cast time. Why should an Assassin be able to cast nearly 5 CAs in 1 second, when a Ranger can only cast 1 CA per second given the hard 0.5 recovery time?

See below. Many of the abilities listed are directly comparable between the 2 classes.

Since Melee Multiplier has been all but removed from usefulness I believe this would be a nice addition.

It's not clear why the Assassin is singled out as the only class that gets their recovery speed reduced. I think both Predator's should have this ability and one could argue that the Ranger should have it over the Assassin, given the longer casting time of the Ranger's CAs.

I 100% support this change. This is probably the biggest adjustment needed for Ranger. The disparity between cast times for the 2 Predator classes is laughable. For example, Assassinate hits harder than Sniper Shot, but takes .25 seconds to cast. Sniper shot takes 1.5 seconds to cast with a .5 second recovery for a total of 2 seconds and it hits for roughly 50% less damage.

Extension AA feels like a relict from another Era.
Back than Assasins were more or less Scout Caster and Ranger quite the opposite. Ranger were built around Auto Attack and Bow Damage, this resulted in Quick Shot being our highest parsing Combat Art. Some of our CAs were on up to 60 secs recast. Sniping Shot on a 15 Minutes recast.
Reuse for Scouts were unheard of till the introduction of the Ring of the Four Winds.

So yes this AA needs to be brought in Line with the Ranger Class today.
