Quicksand

This is a request to have the skill Quicksand changed to fully root a target without chance, or a lower chance, of dispell for the duration, as opposed to slow. Targets ignoring the root effect of the spell was a big issue in the KA expac during the Epic 2 timeline with regard to success. Targets only slowed and never rooted. This change would aid solo players, especially at the under 100 levels. Please change the slow effect and make it a solid root effect instead. Thank you.

Quick what? I never used the spell within the last expansions - even it randomly went to grandmaster

I am not even sure why it is still on a hotbar. It is basically useless.

Not everyone is at top level. This is a lower level spell for anyone under 100 that is helpful for soloers.

Having been low level for multiple years, I found it pretty useless then too. If some get benefits for them, good. I saw relatively few.

 

[Bakual]

It's useful in low levels when your pet dies. To keep the mob away from you while recasting the pet.
In higher levels, pets are instant cast (due to AA).
