The damage of every punishment spell is absolutely marginal. So is the healing they provide. The damage requires to be multiplied by at least 20-30 times, probably more. The healing part, which is 1% of max health now, would be much more useful as a flat amount of healing or even better a ward.
Punishment spells are quite outdated.
