- Scale DPS mod according to level
- Scale WDB according to level

Casting Expertise
- Increase the amount of double cast and make it scale to level
- Change the potency modifier of 5 to an increase to base spell damage and critical damage
- Change the casting and reuse speed modifier to BASE casting and reuse speed since we are typically at cap

Sacred Follower
- Scale STA according to level
- Scale Crit Bonus according to level
- Scale Multi-Attack according to level
