Weapon damage and multi attack of the ability are not useful. weapon damage with out overcap isn't useful. even at full stacks it is only 7.5 weapon damage bonus. the multi attack is also not useful. the MA you get from Riana's relentless tune VII already puts you at the 1 MA 100% of the time and the next breaking point for 2 is so high you just aren't going to hit it.
suggest changing the ability so weapon damage bonus changes to flurry bulty and MA change to Melee multi. those that could stack it and maintain it would be rewarding. would also make/assist in making auto attack meaningful again.
