No fervor overcap and the amount of fervor doesnt scale well. suggest to increase the amount of fervor. was thinking you could even take the old tainted/withering adorns and make requiem a temp version of them. would be an overall buff to the ability and those that can time their temps around the dps would see the most gain.
with the poor state that auto attack is in the weapon damage without overcap to make it use of it is just a dead stat on the ability. either add overcap to requiem or change it to dps/flurry multi/melee multi so it is meaningful
