This AA increases Melee Multiplier by 0.03 per rank, this really needs to be increased to 2-3 per rank, scrolls can provide an increase of 16.88 so allowing a AA that we have to spend 10 points in to provide 20-30 melee multiple would seem fair, at the same time it would also be nice if the final rank added some flurry multiplier and/or DPS mod.
