Summary: Pack Mentality doesn't upgrade in stats?
Description: Noticed today that when upgrading the pack mentality that none of the stats change? There doesn't appear to be any reason to upgrade the adorn as the first level is the same as the eighth level?

The bonus for upgrading is getting the passive back quicker. There are several adorns where the increase was just timing changes.
