Confirmed Overseer update not working

OVERSEER

  • The tradeskill weekly overseer mission "Magics of the Darkpaw" is now properly a weekly mission instead of an 8-day mission. (Duration of 24 hours, cooldown of 6 days.)
  • Overseer Season 06 rewards have been corrected to no longer reward crafted gear and will now reward treasured gear.
  • Overseer Season 06 should now have properly useable mishaps.
  • Overseer Season 06 "Right the Shipwright" Quest now has positive traits.

Overseer rewards are still giving crafted gear. Existing items did not change either. Only change I have noticed is now some of these state heirloom where the existing gear I had is tradeable.

The first picture if you can get it to load is started and completed this afternoon after the update. The second is from before the update. Or vise versa. It won't load the pictures at the moment for me to double check. Heirloom was after the update.

Okay the issue here is the items had their 'Handcrafted' tag removed, but there are just NOT TAGGED as anything. Since they are missing the 'TREASURED' tag, they will not transmute, examples below:
