New Rivervale prestige home incoming?

Saw some new images added to the UI folder of the BetaServer client, that seem to suggest a new Rivervale-themed Prestige house may be on the way.

Hmm! Those look odd; halfling homes above ground? In the far north of EL, right?

And I think the tree stump would be cool...have stairs going down once you get inside, then the whole thing opens out.

There are several buildings in Rivervale with underground areas.

Those look like where you have to find all that stuff in the fields and you have the wolves and stuff attacking you at every turn. First really bad place after you cross the river over a bridge.
