I am collecting thoughts and votes on Murderous Rake. The goal is to have it pair with Dispatch in a fight, MR does more damage but ment to be combined and cycled together with dispatch to total of about 5%.
Attached is the about estimated base value on Murderous Rake and the CM Multipliers used from Dispatch forum. As in a previous forum with Dispatch we have heavily increased BV which is up for vote and could vary on approval. If you have not read or voted here is the link to the correct forum.
Murderous Rake has a debuff which is a little better than dispatches currently which should not have happened. The damage is also better, however it overall is still low, and should be paired with dispatch to make the debuff duo, however it should not be as strong.
If Dispatch request is approved in the somewhat requested values, murderous rake should also have an update. Attached are the estimated values of its combat mit, and along side the damage at Ancient level with 10k resolve gear. Images are the ability.
The estimated debuff is very low, assuming the BV is currently 1140, the request would be to slightly increase the base value to 3990, (350%) making an average of just under a 1% debuff to stack with dispatch at its highest level. The combination of the Dispatch Request and this Increase would improve the overall debuff to about 5% when combined when upgraded.
Murderous Rakes Duration is about 1minute 21 seconds. I would think it would be right with this change to lessen the duration to about 45-60seconds to be focused on casting more often.
The damage is also an area that lacks but not as horrible as Dispatch. The recommended request is to increase the damage of Murderous Rake is a 250% increase.
