Summary: Grand Oracle Hoop'ak missing
Description: I am on Fighter epic weapon 2.0, the warriors call, vol II. I need Grand oracle hoop'ak present at the Thael'gorr camp in order to continue with the epic quest. i have done I have done the Ry'Goor quests, including the Rise of Thrael'Gorr, and the Oracle doesn't appear where he is supposed to be. I need him to be there.

It does require being on a very specific step of the fighter epic in order to see Grand Oracle Hoop'ak.
