Being it's an End line ability for summoners, this should do a bit more damage than it does currently. We understand why it's not getting reverted to it's prior glory, but can we revisit the possibility of increasing the damage, lowering the reuse? Currently it's 1 min 30 secs, we do have a small reset chance of this if you spec for it via Blazing Avatar. Increasing this spell damage/lower reuse gives us a bit of our burst damage back. This is something mages have lacked for a bit now. This used to be one of our better Single Target spells. Thanks.

I would personally suggest drastically increasing the damage modifier from shard use, and tweaking the numbers such that it rewards "skillful play" where EB is used with max stacks of Manipulation. Make it do more than any of our other active spells (with the exception of Consuming Inferno) when used with max stacks over an average 15m fight. This feels like it was meant to be baked into the design of the RoR epic, and should be something that rewards coordination within a group (using shards to max dps and to extend and multiply the cboc buff - something that not many realize is a thing, or are really motivated to do, or encourage their group members to do atm).
