After running Darkpaw Warrens H2 several times, i got enough effigies of emptiness iii for each armor slot.
You get the choice of 3 different stats on your armor pieces but the first choice is always legendary and the other 2 are always fabled.
This is a huge difference in mitigation of approx 100!
