Looking for feedback or votes for this ability. I don't even use it to be honest and its not even on my hot bar. It would be nice to see desperate thrust receive an upgrade. The damage is terrible, and the 3 procs are close to nothing. This ability can be revived, but making a few adjustments to it.
Increase the Damage to Desperate Thrust by up to 750%. At expert level with 5 AAs put into the ability effectiveness it barely makes 2T in damage, with raid buffs I believe it may have reached 3-4T. The ability shares no real benefit to cast when there are other things to cast and repop before getting a chance to think about this.
Its only a Desperate thrust when I have no other abilities to cast. Lets take a look at the chart, assuming at Expert level with 10220 resolve, including the 5 AA points in the brig tree for effectiveness you can see this ability has out grown over by todays content. It is requested to increase the damage by 700% for this ability. The damage output will be increase to an average of roughly 15-20T based on skill level.
The 3 addition modifications added to desperate thrust are pretty much worthless for todays content. A combat mitigation reduction of 63.2 is meaningless, and not sure what effect 90/59 defense attributes do when my character is sitting at 10600 defense. It is requested to change out these attributes, and increase the buff by 750% of the current values. Judging on the content, I would suggest maybe replacing with Crit Bonus / Overcap, and maybe DPS. The ability has a duration for approx 33 seconds which is fair. Below is something how it should look like and the numbers are close to being reasonable. I would vote for changing out the old procs and replace them with DPS, CB, and CBOC to that caster or group, also increase current values by 750%.
Also keep in mind at ancient/celestial these value are a bit higher.
