I propose that the Brawler AA Crane Twirl be made into a group buff to mirror the Crusader AA "Cavaliers Shout".
Suggested changes are bold.
Target: Self -> Group (AE)
This will bring brawlers even with the rest of the tanks and give them more group buffs, something they are severely lacking.
Additional context.
Cavalier's Shout is Self. SK's have the group damage buff Unholy Hunger which triggers Unholy Strike on hostile ability cast. It also heals. They have Grim Harbinger as well triggering Grim Strike which is self damage/heal.
Bruisers get Self buff Manhandle (triggers Roughhousing) or the alternate AA Shiftiness (triggers Shifty Dodge).
Paladins get Cavalier's Shout (Self), Divine Inspiration (Group triggers Divine Strike), and Blessed Weapon (Self, triggers Glorious Strike).
Monks get nothing that triggers damage from their Knowledge Book, right?

Just know that while this change would grant Monks a group triggering buff, it wouldn't bring brawlers "even". That said, tanks don't need to be even in every ability and buff because that would require a complete rewrite of the game and be quite bland.
So if the goal is to provide Monks with a group buff that triggers damage for others, this suggestion would certainly do the trick. It also benefits Bruisers so I'm not mad at it. But it's not a mirroring with Cavalier's Shout as stated in the OP.
