This is the AA variant of dispatch and has not been updated for today's numbers. It's damage output is way to low and it's debuffs are even worse off. Ability doesn't even appear on the parse at all regardless of AOE or single target

Edit: modify corned to do 30% of what the new modified dispatch would be. Example if dispatch is doing 30k this should be a 10k reduction in combat mit

Increase damage by like 300% so it can at least show up somewhere.

The debuff use to be the AOE of dispatch about 10 years ago. It's barely even a fraction for it now.

The damage increase to this should be more like 500%. This was a definite go-to back in the day and now it is a waste of space. This is one of those few abilities that made brings relevant in Groups for heroics and being able to help clear trash and Bosses with adds where now only a swash would be considered worth having as a Rogue.

Here are some numbers to get give you an idea of what kind of increases may be needed.

If you are looking for 10k CM and damage increases, based on this chart. I would recommend a 5000% increase on combat mit, and perhaps a 250-300% damage increase.

If murderous rake gets approved with dispatch, a strong debuff may not be needed, and could resort to a 3000% increase, or some other stat benefit. However I agree that the 191cm that it is currently is useless, just like the desperate thrust ability one.
