There's some fights (*cough* *cough* chrol) where interrupting is not ideal. I love that we can proc interrupts and what not on most content, but it would be nice if we could toggle this off for fights we want to avoid interrupting, so we don't have to sit there and not cast to avoid accidently interrupting.
Proposed change: Make bolt of power an until cancelled buff, rather than a passive spell, so we can turn toggle it off when we want to avoid proccing interrupts.
