While Fervor Overcap was added and it along with the original Fervor got a small boost for BoZ, both values are woefully behind other fighter raid buffs for Fervor and Fervor Overcap.
Given the relative few buffs a Bruiser gives the group and raid, I believe the class should give a more sizeable Fervor/FOC value to justify a spot in a raid. A 150% increase to the Bruiser Fervor/Fervor OC buff would put it between the Paladin and SK raid buffs. It makes sense for the Paladin buff to be highest because it only applies to Fighters and Priests. SKs buff everyone a solid amount with the Fervor/FOC values added in BoZ.
The 150% increase would make the Celestial values look like:
Paladin's Crusade XI - 63.7 to Fighters and Priests
Bruiser's Brutality - 55 to everyone
SK's Unholy Strength XI - 44.6 to everyone
Also, the 2.4% base avoidance feels outdated. Wouldn't mind seeing a more impactful defensive effect on this buff.
