Think we can increase the %, because I'm going to guess its 6.6 just like the previous version and well the added AA stuff is just meh. Maybe make it 7.5 % or something along those lines, because if it's the same there is 0 reason to take this as the previous version does the same for less power to maintain.

For other reference: 130 Celestial is set at 7.8% and 130 Ancient is set at 7.3%.
125 Celestial is set at 6.8% so asking for 130 Grandmaster to be at least the equivalent of last tier's celestial would increase the enticement of upgrading this spell from the previous tier. Maybe even make the 130 master the equivalent, and set the GM at 7% or something like that
