ya the health condition part is not going to be much use when noone is usually under 50% for very long for this to even make much use. I think the mitigation part could use a bump to 10k or maybe 15k as currently you need over 100k+ to even hit 75% for a 130 mob. I think a bump to 5 melee multiplier and maybe 3 flurry multi would be abit better to make it more interesting as a pick
