Who’s ready to hop around in search of Beast’r Eggs?

Tunare has begun to whisper to the animals of Norrath and now the season of Growth is upon us. Across Faydwer, Antonica, and all around the world, more and more fuzzy little creatures have begun to get excited. So much so, there are even rumors among some druids that bunnies have been hopping around hiding eggs in anticipation of the festivities. And the excitement isn’t just within the fauna, it’s also with the flora! It’s springtime and the world around you wants to celebrate.


  • New features for '24!
    • Live Servers
      • 5 New Beast'r Eggs are available! Search for these new flavor pets across Norrath.
      • New achievement and title earned by obtaining all 5 of the new eggs.
        • Ultra Beast'r Egg Hunter
      • Beast'r Eggschanger merchants have 7 new items!

I even began the post by saying I was necro posting, because we did not have the festival on the Test server 2 days before it was going to be on live servers.
And lol my Necromancer just found all new Beast'r Eggs, and earned 3 achievements for the event within the last 30 minutes.
Thanks to finding a bunch last year.
And now I finished this years achievement too, at least on one of my toons.

The 5 newest eggs (Flashy, Glitzy, Gaudy, Sparkly, Twinkly) can't be converted into house pets like the other 16, because the Eggschangers apparently haven't been updated to exchange them.

What is the reason for this?

Every year they have only allowed us to get fluff pets in the new styles. We cannot exchange them for house pets until the following year. It is not something I am happy about as I have little use for fluff pets, but it is how they have done it.
(What I truly wish for, is a conversion to plushie for everything as well. Pets can be cute, but the novelty of wandering pets around a home was gone a decade ago. Even though they can stay now, they cannot be placed on anything at all or they sink through. So they are resigned to just sitting in corner on floor somewhere.)

So, to convert newest eggs, you have to wait for next year.

I guess last year there were no 'newbies,' because I don't recall having any that I wasn't able to exchange. 🤔

That is correct...last year there were no new egg fluff pets added to the sets. They did, however, add the previous year (2022) fluff pet set to the exchanger in order to get the house pet conversion. (Last year they added a new collection instead, as well as the new vendor items.)

I have found only two Beast'r eggs :( I better look harder LOL But I do love the bunny hat and cloak I got from the shop for $1.00

Very cute!
