Currently there are no stats for either of these spells. I ran some H2s by myself and took on linked encounters of 3.
The [Spell] Ball of Lightning hit for an average of 16B and did 27B DPS.
The [Spell] Ring of Fire also hit for an average of 16B and did 7B DPS.
Furies are Elemental based damage priests and these 2 spells, like most non-Ascension based spells, have not scaled for the Quintillions of HP that some mobs have. These spells are doing very little damage in the scheme of things.
Since no one really knows the stats of either spell, I'd suggest that the DPS be increased by a factor of 10 on both spells to make them worth casting.
Suggest the following changes to [AA] Enhance: Ring of Fire
Change "Applies Fervor of the Furies to qualifying pets" to "Applies Fervor of the Furies to the group".
Increase the duration of Ring of Flames by 4 seconds for each Rank to maximum of 20 seconds making it a total of 26 seconds at Level 5. That's in line with the Ball of Lightning duration of 30 seconds.
