Assassin AA Noxious Enfeeblement

The Enhanced Noxious Enfeeblement is a pointless DoT.

I dont know how else to word it.

Either it needs to be the talk of the town or discontinued. I would like to advocate for the Dot to be brought up to 4X the current output and potentially better debuff capabilities. or one or the other, to actually notice a substantial difference.

Noxious Enfeeblement is a shared AA ability with Ranger and it looks like you're combining 2 different AAs. It might be helpful to update the title to Predator and distinguish between the AA in the Shadows Tree and Heroic Tree. I agree these 2 AAs are outdated, and could use a change to bring them up to date.

The Heroic Tree ( The DoT ) It converts the original spell into a Damage over Time spell. So I would presume, while both are in different trees, the one in Heroic Tree is a completely different version of the spell, which is the one I am advocating for a change for.
Maybe change the damage to x % based off of your fervor values.

It's the same spell. The points you put into Enhance Noxious Enfeeblement in the Heroic tree add a DoT to the ability in the Shadows tree. This ability (and both AA options) is shared with the Ranger.

I look at this spell as more of a debuff then a main damage spell. With that in mind, I'd rather a larger increase to the outdated debuffs then a big increase to its damage. Damage could be raised some, but a larger increase to the debuffs would make this worthwhile for what it appears it was originally intended to be.

This has been a pointless ability for quite some time. Changing the debuff to combat mit debuff would be more useful as primary stat debuffs are worthless. As for the Heroic tree enhancement of the ability, I would recommend each level improve the effectiveness of the damage and combat mit debuff.
