Assassin AA Frontload

Frontload should increase fervor and overcap.

My reasoning for this, is currently everyone is primarily capped on fervor, adding the fervor overcap, makes it a decent buff to always keep clicking.

This ability is pretty worthless as is and needs updating. Increasing the Fervor and adding Fervor OC would at least bring it closer to current standards.
