This ability doesn't seem to work, and never has been since Fabled Guk. It use to proc all the time and give the brigand power, now it does nothing. Please fix. Thanks
I tried hoping it was fixed during beta, but it still doesnt seem to work for me. I just removed the AA at this point. I wish this was working correctly like it did during PoP.
