Why is (let it burn) not hitting for what it says in the spell book for?my disruption is 17,388 it says the spell will hit for over 121 to 161 trillion but in the sod heroics it never breaks 100trillion usually 60 to 89 trillion i temp up and it says it will hit 168 to 221 trillion still only hits for under 100trillion...there seems to be a cap on what a wizard can hit for but an assassin has over 4 spells that hit for over the 100 trillion on a regular...i sit at over 45k crit bonus grouped over 50k...my potency is at 1,961,213%, resolve is at 10720... that being said the spell should at least come close to the damage it says it will do oh and all those hits that where close to the 100 trillion where all fabled or mythical critical. This isn't a 1 zone type thing either this is at least 30 heroic zones ran and the same result ...there is definitely a problem here that should be looked at.

The only thing you can use tool tips in EQ2 for is to calculate the efficiency of each ability. The actual damage numbers isnt representative of what damage they will eventually do on mobs.

I believe that these bosses are doing a stone skin script so you cannot just blow them up but have to keep chipping away. Thus, the full damage passes the threshold and gets negated. DoTs seem to work better in these encounters.
