Where is Mark of a Thief zone?

I’m a returning player and I just now realized there is a new dungeon for Bristlebane Day but I’m not sure where. The notes simply say “New quest & new dungeon (level 128+)”. Is this located in the newest expansion due to its level requirement? Thanks all!

It's in Antonica near SQ gate and also in Commonlands near Freeport gate. You'll see a giant halfling.

Ahh, ok thank you! The level requirement had me thinking it’d be off a higher tier zone. I should have known better. Thanks again!
