What are these skills and when I click them why does nothing happen.

I am having trouble, so I just hit level 101, and I have 2 new spells enter my hotbar, but when I click them nothing seems to happen. Divine Stamina and Divine critical bonus. I am so lost.

Those aren't activated skills. They're entirely passive. They just exist and are always active. You don't have to do anything.

I have noticed those have been dropping onto the hotbar with the creation of new characters recently. I had wondered about them myself. I think they shouldn't be dropping on the hotbar and hopefully they fix this in a future patch.

I have noticed that it sometimes removes the divine buff and allows you to set a character back to base health and power until you zone, then the buff sometimes comes back on its own, sometimes not.
Drag it off the hotbar and you probably wont miss it, its like a half attempt at a change that was never announced nor finished
