Vicious Stabbing: Convert to CBOC

As we currently have no use for Melee Multiplier, I would love to see this AA changed to CB OC of a reasonable amount, +200 CB OC per increment etc.

This is a Predator Endline Ability. 8 Pts equals to 1600 CBOC or one Gear Item. Sins are already so far off, not sure why you wanted to buff them further.

All of the endline predator tree abilities are worthless currently, thus the making of this thread. Melee Multiplier has not been useful for sometime, yet it is still part of many of our AA's. Changing this one over to CBOC at least makes it worthwhile the points for both rangers and sin's.
