Cannot Reproduce Unable to start 2 quests in Obol Plains on Varsoon

Zone: Obol Plains
NPCs: Scuttles and Ground Journal next to Madyl D'Lareth

Quest 1: One Hungry Bug
2nd Quest in Scuttles questline, over 48 hours after completing his original quest he has a quest feather over his head but does not offer the quest.

Quest 2: The Writings of an Unkempt Druid
Clicking the tome next to Madyl D'Lareth brings up a window about asking Madyl about it but no quest appears to accept.

I am unable to reproduce the issue you encountered, Trav.

Quest 1: One Hungry Bug
What is the name of the character you are having this issue with?
Do you see Scuttles inside the tent with Jenni or is Scuttles standing between the two tents?

Quest 2: The Writings of an Unkempt Druid
Scroll your camera out so you can see Madyl at the same time as the small journal. Now click through the dialogue. You should see the dialogue now up on Madyl.

After the patch/downtime today I was able to get both of these quests.
Character name: Traval

For quest 1 Scuttles was Inside the tent with a quest feather over his head. I Could hail him and he would say *Click*Click*Click* but would get nothing after clicking on that dialog.

For quest 2, when it wasn't working I tried clicking the tome in both 3rd person and 1st neither worked.

But today both are working no issues.

That is odd, Trav. I am not sure what would have interfered with your updates at the time, but I am glad that they didn't stop you today. I'll keep an eye out for others with similar reports to see if any pattern emerges or if this issue can be reproduced.
