Summary: Transmuting numbers seem off.
Description: With a transmuting skill of 2233, I transmuted 35 pieces of legendary Zimaran gear, which resulted in 34 powders and only ONE (1) infusion. That just seems impossibly low considering my skill level. This has to be a bug.
I don't think the numbers are right with transmuting. I got my skill up to 2233. I transmuted 35 legendary pieces of gear and it resulted in 34 powders and only 1 infusion. It almost feels like getting my skill that high was more of a detriment than benefit.
