Teaching of the Underworld Group Buff is Not Comparable with Other Mage Group Buffs

Teaching of the Underworld is a minor stamina and ability mod group buff. Given that it is the only real concentration slot maintained group buff for necromancers and there are AAs that boost it in the Necromancer tree, the ability mod portion should be changed to a more meaningful stat.

Out of the Box Proposal - Change the buff essentially be a copy of the old Symphony of the Void rune adding a dot tick to everyone in the group.

Inside the Box Proposal - Change the ability mod buff to crit bonus overcap to make it meaningfully comparative to the wizard/warlock group potency buff but also slightly different.

i do like that idea of the Symphony of the Void adorn as its perk for the group maybe even add withering adorn to it aswell as a overall buff package would really make it a awesome buff

could even add a buff to temp pets and other class pets damage or even give them a extra damage proc like a mini passive necro epic heart buff does
