Fixed Subscription, DBC, and Marketplace Issues since 2/19

In Qeynos Harbor, it is in that underground area with the blackmarket broker that you have to swim down to enter. In Freeport I think it is on the island at the dock area. I don't have their names but I am sure others that are caffeinated, and maybe in the game could chime in. Sorry, I just woke up.

I have lifetime account and it says that i have to become a member in the claim area of the marketplace since i tried to claim on the 9th.
Instead of opening the choose window it swapped to become a member...
Thought i wait until the updates yesterday but its still there. So please fix this

The Lifetime Membership problems are back. For the second time in a week I've logged on to find out that it claims I'm no longer a member.

It seems there is new feature that claiming and unpacking scroll cases and paying the unlock fee for mercenaries makes problems at Thurgadin too

Update: At this time it looks like the problem has been resolved. I logged in today and my Marketplace issue is fixed. Thank you.

I sent a PM, as I have a few lifetime memberships that are unable to collect the monthly DBG cash and it says I need to become a member. Is this just since the perks went into effect?

Hm, i have the problem that i bought Dbc over 2 weeks ago(with percs) and until today there is no dbc in my account. I will look this evening again otherwise i will write a ticket i quess

I have some issues with the market place aswell.
Sometimes it doesn´t load my Balance of DBC and I wanted to redeem my DBC reward, but instead it tells me to "become a member".
