May is here, flowers are blooming, and allergies are going haywire! It’s the perfect time to stay indoors and play the game! Check out all the things going on this month.

Our giveaway item for May is a baby dragon plushie of Andrina the Adorable! You can get this little dragon plushie for your in-game house for FREE in the Marketplace, but only until the end of the month. Be sure to grab it on all your characters.

Our Limited-Edition Item this month is a cute baby dragon pet named Andrina the Adorable! This tiny blue and purple dragon can be found in the Marketplace until the end of the month. Did you miss out on some of the previous items? Well fret not, they are available for purchase until the end of the year!

For our Tradeskillers out there, complete several questlines to unlock recipes and earn an Achievement!

Starting today, you can find the Herald of Drinal <Avatar of Afterlife> in Loping Plains. Then in the middle of the month, find the Herald of Karana <Avatar of Storms> in the Enchanted Lands. Defeat the Avatars and gather up some Divine loot to earn some Achievements.

Are the fabled collections pieces in Kylong Plains for May?

Wouldn't it make more sense for Karana's herald to show up in Thundering Steppes where his avatar used to spawn? Most of the camps so far are in the same zone that their old avatars spawns (Bertoxxulous in Antonica, Bristlebane in Rivervale, Tunare in Lesser Faydark, Brell Serilis in Butcherblock.)

Karana being in Enchanted Lands not only makes little sense, but now it's making me second guess what Thundering Steppes will end up having later on.

Based on a map I found of Everquest's original world. Rivervale was on the edge of the plains of Karana. Maybe Enchanted lands took the chunk of Karana that Karana's avatar spawned in the original game.

Rivervale was on the eastern side of the Serpentspine Mountains that separated the Plains of Karana on the western side of Antonica from the Commonlands and Desert of Ro in the east. In EQ2 terms, going from Rivervale to Thundering Steppes would require you to travel from Enchanted Lands through Phantom Sea to go through Kithicor Forest and HIghpass Hold.


Karana's avatar spawned along the southwest coast of Thundering Steppes, not far from Splitpaw. He would actually be closer to the Feerrott than he would be the Enchanted Lands.
Anyway, maybe they're saving another Elemental God for Thundering Steppes. We still have Povar, Xegony, Fennin Ro, and the Rathe Council to celebrate along with Tarew Marr and E'Ci.
