In the shadows tree for both mages is this; but, the problem is the current iteration of Velocity V and Velocity VI gives flurry and flurry multi making this useless for coercers. IMO just make it buff the stats on Velocity by 5% per rank.
But, this is something that is both Coercer and Illusionist. Its also part of an AA tree that needs to be completely revamped as a whole not just this one ability. But you aint wrong in principle.
