Soulrend could use a interrupt added

at this point sk's only have 1 interrupt that is blasphemy and could really use a 2nd and i think this would be a great ca to add a interrupt to

Yes this would be nice, but bruisers only have one as well, (hadookens counterpart Noone casts, be honest) which is also our 10 sec reuse encounter taunt. Voting yes on this reluctantly
