Currently only tested in Antonica, but the "rainbow zones" that normally Scrying Stones can be used in to trigger special encounters (spawning enemies, loot, quest tomes, etc) have no reaction (no onscreen notification or anything) when examining a Scrying Stone from your inventory. This mechanic functions normally on Live and TLE, but is broken on Origins. Tested using Scrying Stones purchased from the merchant in Thundering Steppes. I have tried two different "rainbow zones" thus far, with the same results.

This will be more of an issue in T3, where quests such as "A Scrying Shame" require this mechanic to update the quest.
