QA In Progress Scout Quick Strike not Working Properly

The scout quick strike combat arts constantly gets the "would not take effect" message and not activate when multiple scouts are attacking the same mob. It's a bigger problem for the scouts who have a reset ability chance on that ability.

Having same problem. Have noticed it sometimes allows it to cast if I use it first but wont allow it again during fight. troub btw

This is effecting any scout that has a dot (Assassin) or a debuff on the Quick Strike line. When running solo, or in a group without another scout the issue does not happen. This is very impactful for classes that have a prestige reset tied to this skill as it prevents the prestige from working as the skill will not fire and thus no reset happens.

Hope someone can take a look at this. Its causing lots of issues with classes that need this to reset other abilities per AA choices and such.

This is one Varsoon just for context. Not sure if its a problem on live as well.

I have seen this happen on the regular with a Brigand and an Assassin in the same group. Please take look at this and get back to us!

Any chance we can get this looked at? It's still broken and still breaking combat ability resets because its doesn't activate.

I've seen it come up on my dirge, who has neither dot nor debuff attached (but it does heal me), so it appears to be affecting an even larger spread of scouts than just those with dot/debuff.

For reference the Beastlord quick strike applies a debuff that renders all other scout quick strikes unusable due to the debuff. We all get the would not take effect message instead and our quick strikes don't get used.

I asked all my Beastlords to stop using their Quick Strike to test, and the issue went away.
