I am not sure there is a realistic fix for this AA. Other than adding an OC function to it, it would have to be substantial to be worth the AA cost. 50+ OC would have to be the minimal to be worth it.

I don't think it's a bad AA line, especially with the casting speed right on top of it in Quick Tactics . I think adding OC and boosting the fervor even a little bit (20 minimum) would be amazing.

Increasing the fervor to +25 fervor and adding +25 Fervor OC would at least make me consider it. As it is the casting speed can be gotten separately without spending the entire line, chain claws is worthless as is currently unless it also is updated to effectiveness vs potency modifier. This makes that entire line not appetizing unless it gets overhauled.
