the ability has not scaled well as time has gone on. the ability needs a increase in damage to keep relevant. purpose to increase damage by by x4 or x5 to help the ability scale properly. bards currently suffer in damage scaling for all abilities. currently bard are better off hitting ascension outside of MoA and this would bridge the gap to help better give identity back to the dirge instead of being <insert ascension class here>
