Its a mandatory prestige AA to pick up so that combat arts can trigger Synergism. The first rank adds agility, strength and weapon skills to Flash of Brilliance, the second rank adds Agility and strength to Rune of Thought and the third allows Synergism to trigger off Combat Arts.

You get 1004 weapon skills from Flash of Brilliance.
You get 514 Agility and Strength from Flash of Brilliance.
You get 200 Agility and Strength from Rune of Thought.

The main stats all needs to be multiplied by at least 10.

weapon skill should be stronger then a mastercrafted scroll and the agility and strength thing should be a % buff of primary stats of 20% to be atleast as strong or equal to the infusion quathulle adorn since primary stats barely even do much for any dmg increase
