PRESTIGE AA: Fanatics protection: (Fanatics bulwark effect).
This hp buff (currently 12 x 45% increments) used to be very useful to help with hp pools for healing etc. This health % increase is now very small in terms of the current hp pools and would need a relative increase to make it valid again.
Please consider make the hp increase scale to around 12 x 90%+ instead? (some current passive buffs have 1k + hp%) so that the choice of this AA will make some noticable difference again but comparable to current hp increases from other buffs. As it is very temporary and reduces increments each time player is hit, it could be slightly more, but i will leave that to design considerations.
