Prestige AA: Chaos Cloud needs revamp or buff

This aa has long been the bane of many sks wishing for it to be the upgrade it claims to be. Several ideas and tweaks i have for this aa are as follows

Idea #1: Change it to a AA buff to Grave Sacrament.
  • +2 to grave sacraments threat positions
  • Tick rate changed from 4s to 2s to 2x length of the DoT component
  • +30% increase to threat increase to all targets in area of effect
  • +25 effectiveness to grave sacraments damage
Idea #2: Change it from upgrade to grave sac to death cloud as the name makes more sense (death cloud / chaos cloud) and would be easier to upgrade
  • Chaos Cloud would gain 35% more damage for base hit, The dot would hit every 3s instead of every 6s and would gain +2 max targets and +2m in range.
Idea #3: Make it a separate cooldown timer from grave sacrament so it can be a extra aoe snap and just buff the damage of it by 15%

Id love to see this aa finally tweaked or updated or something done with it.
