I would like to have the Mystic Moppet have it's OWN Cure Curse instead of using up mine. If it's gonna use mine up, I might as well cast it myself. It can have the same reuse timer, and the same ruleset. Such as if someone in my group curse cured me, and my moppet tried again, it would say "nothing to cure"... and still have it's Cure curse up.

The only issue I have with it is curses you don't want to cure. You have no control over dictating it unless it's up and you change it.

It's a little worse than that. There's a ton of curses that refresh your Cure Curse on a cure to allow you to cure multiple targets, but moppet breaks that functionality completely - cure will remain on cooldown. So even aside from the "don't cure this curse" mechanic there's plenty of other ones that it uniquely breaks.
